   Area of use

   The Terms of Use are valid and apply to all the Web Sites in the artobjects.ro domains, sites for which PANTHER SRL is the author/owner/administrator. All these Web sites will be further called individually or collectively Site or Sites.

   Definitions

   · "personal information" is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains);

   · „personal information processing” is defined as any operation or set of operations that is performed against personal information, using automated or manual methods, such as: collecting, registering, organizing, storing, changing or alteration, quering, drilling/mining, using, transmitting – directly or through disemination, combining, blocking, deletion or destruction;

   · „operator” is defined as any private or corporate legal entity , including public authorithies, that defines the purpose and the objectives of the personal information processing;

   · „anonymous data” is defined as the data that cannot be linked and/or associated with an identified or identifiable person;

   · „business contact data” is defined as the data that includes name, position, business address, phones, faxes, e-mail address of an employee of an organization, having this quality. Business contact data do not constitute personal information;

   · „statistical data” is defined as the data resulting from the processing of personal information using statistical methods and technologies, data that cannot be used in identifying a person and that it is used only for statistical, communication or promotion purposes.

   Personal data collection

   As a visitor to this Site, you can engage in many activities without providing any personal information.    The personal information that you provide is stored and resides on a secure server that only selected PANTHER srl personnel and contractors have access to via password. PANTHER srl encrypts your personal information and thereby strives to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing such information when it is transmitted to PANTHER srl.

   Please note that any information you post to a public bulletin board or chat room (the “Forums”), is available to all persons accessing that location. Your e-mail address will not automatically be posted on the Forums unless you modify the default setting to permit that. Your e-mail address would then be available to all persons accessing the Forums.    Collected information security

   PANTHER srl is using security methods and technologies together with norms and procedures applied to employess, including audit and control procedures, in order protect personal information.

   The Servers that are hosting PANTHER srl payment solution are protected to un-authorised acces, phisically and by remote access, being installed in adequate and secure facilities (computer rooms). We are doing all resonable efforts that are commercially justified, to protect your personal data, we are analyzing all new related technologies and, if the case, we apply them in order to upgrade our security level. Nonetheless, our hardware and software infrastructure is periodically audited to comply with security requirements.

   Applicable Law

   The present Privacy Policy and/or any dispute that might arise between PANTHER srl and/or it’s affiliates and you are governed by the Romanian Law. All the disputes will be handled initially on an amiable basis and closed, if possible, within 30 days from the registration of the claim made at PANTHER SRL headquarters. In the event that such a dispute cannot be closed in the period described above, the dispute will be escalated to the competent authority from the same legal/administrative structure of PANTHER SRL headquarters.
