All the disputes will be handled initially on an amiable basis and closed, if possible, within 30 days from the registration of the claim made at PANTHER SRL headquarters. In the event that such a dispute cannot be closed in the period described above, the dispute will be escalated to the competent authority from the same legal/administrative structure of PANTHER SRL headquarters.
